I’m trying to work out what I need to do before I plan for my pregnancy. Is there any tips on how to prepare for pregnancy you know? Or what things I can buy to help speed up the process? We’ve been trying for a few months now and it’s starting to get depressing..x
Chiropractic focuses on getting the body working as well as it possibly can. It isn’t just about helping people out of neck and back pain, but more importantly on getting all the systems in the body functioning properly. It is always important to make sure the pelvis is in its proper alignment to reduce the likelyhood of low back and sciatic pain later in the pregnancy. We often have women calling us 8 months into their pregnancy with pain, and it can be very hard to reduce the symptoms at this stage, but if the underlying biomechanics can be improved before the pregnancy, it makes for an easier 9 months. Research also shows that it makes for a shorter labout time.
Thanks for this useful article.
Excellent read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch since I found it for him smile Therefore let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch!
