I promise you, taking time for the things you love will increase your happiness.
But what do you love to do?
It’s different for everybody.
Get clarity around this question.
Take time to figure it out.
How will you know when you are happy, what will it look like?
It’s often the little things that bring great joy. Reigniting old passions such as painting, writing, photography or a sport or spending quality time with family and friends. Consider taking a class.
Whatever it is, make time for it. Schedule it into your day, otherwise it will never happen.
Prioritise YOU!
Here’s what my happiness statement looks like.
Happiness for me means;
…being a better version of myself than I was yesterday. (self improvement through reading, meditation and exercise)
…seeing the positive results and lifestyle changes in each individual who walks through my door at Optimal Chiropractic.
…getting to spend valuable time with my family
…having the time and the means to travel and see the world
Taking time to do things that make you happy regularly can significantly improve your mental health and reduce stress.
